01 General Introduction

Bk7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "bk7") is an online betting and gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the bk7 website (bk7.run) and all associated services.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and bk7. By accessing, registering, or using any service on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bk7, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk7 may request a national ID or other identity document at any time for age verification purposes.
• Each individual may only hold one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility. Your account must not be shared with any third party.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to you personally.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bk7:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 50. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 100.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high demand.
• The name on the withdrawal request must match the name on the mobile banking account.
• Large withdrawal requests may be temporarily held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• Bk7 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

04 Betting Rules

Before placing bets on bk7, please take note of the following rules:

• Minimum bet: BDT 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed from the bet slip and the remaining odds will stand.
• If clearly erroneous odds are displayed, bk7 reserves the right to void the affected bet. The stake will be refunded in such cases.
• In live betting, odds may change at any moment based on real-time conditions on the field.
• Any attempt to manipulate bets or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets and permanent account closure.

05 Bonus & Rewards Policy

Bk7 offers various bonuses and rewards from time to time. These bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Please read those terms before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from bonuses are withdrawable.
• Bk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk7:

• Any attempt to access another user's account through hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or any form of insider information obtained prior to an event.
• Using money laundering or funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Harassing other users or interfering with the security of the platform.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Bk7 may temporarily or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Upon receiving a directive from a court or regulatory authority.
• If the user submits a self-requested account closure.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account is generally refunded to the user; however, if the account was closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

08 Responsible Gaming

Bk7 takes Responsible Gaming seriously. We want every user to play in a safe and healthy environment:

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Using the self-exclusion feature, you can exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from betting for 72 hours at any time.
